In order to achieve its all round community and social objectives, Youth Football Club (YFC) Rurka Kalan has set up the following infrastructure:

1. Youth & Sports Development Center for ExcellenceThe building houses a Computer Laboratory, Office, Study Rooms, Multi Activity room with LCD Projector and a Theatre System, and excellent Boarding and Lodging facilities for the football cadets that reside at the YFC on a full time basis. A Career Counseling & Guidance Centre plus a small Rural Library are also a part of this center.

This center is used as the base of operations of the Club.

Supporting the Local Village School

 YFC, Rurka Kalan has also adopted a single teacher school in its village, Government Primary School for Boys, Rurka Kalan and provided it with 5 whiteboards with stands and 40 desks that can seat two students each. YFC has also encouraged greater interaction between the parents of the children and the teachers, provided free uniforms, books and study material and specialized training to the teachers.

Computer Training For Youth of the Village

 At its own premises YFC, has 8 PC’s that are used to impart IT training to young children.       

                                             

Vocational Training

A total of 400 students have been provided vocational training since 2006.

The club operates a “Sewing & Stitching Center” and a “Beautician Training Center”. Both courses are targeted at young village girls from an under-privileged background.

2. Multi-purpose Gym – An NRI (Non Resident Indian) family of the village have built a gym in the memory of their son. They gym is an integral part of the YFC aim to encourage the youngsters to lead a healthy lifestyle.

3. Outdoor Sporting Facilities – Apart from the full sized football pitch, two half pitches, an athletic track, and a sand pitch make the entire sporting infrastructure at the Club.
